the manager, ali, was super great and made everything smooth. the location is awesome, it's near the train station and lots of things to see are close by. i really loved that the food downstairs was so yummy!
the stairs were kinda narrow, and i was on the fourth floor so it was a little tough with my luggage.

The location was very nice! It placed me right in the heart of everything, I really enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs. It had a lively atmosphere I felt safe in the area, a big plus. I loved how clean the room was, it really helped me relax after a long day.
I noticed a small stain on one of the towels in the bathroom.

The staff was always available at the bar and were very helpful when I had questions about directions. They assisted me with carrying my luggage up the stairs, and they offered a friendly smile. I felt welcomed.

The location was excellent for exploring. the staff let me store my luggage before check-in, i appreciated that a lot. i also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant downstairs. The food was tasty and saved me time searching for meals.
the stairs were really steep. this made getting to my room on a higher floor a bit difficult. this might be an issue with mobility concerns.
